2. Declarations of interest: To receive any declarations of interest or dispensations

3. To adopt minutes of the following meetings held on 19th November 2020

4. Open discussion (limited to 10 mins)
4.1. To receive views from local residents
4.1.1. Issue of severe flooding in Llanwarne Village
4.2. To receive a brief report from County Councillor Toni Fagan

5. Llanwarne Village Hall update: To receive an update on the Village Hall refurbishment project and Zoom meeting with HALC and Village Hall Committee

6. Lengthsman Scheme and P3 Footpath Scheme
6.1. To receive a brief report from Parish Footpath Officer and identify any work that needs to be undertaken and update on defects
6.2. Update on the drainage application grant submission and signing of contract
6.3. To receive an update from Terry Griffiths, Lengthsman and to identify any work that needs undertaken by Lengthsman Scheme
6.3.1. To consider the invitation to enrol into Lengthsman and P3 Scheme 2021/22

8.1. To consider the following planning applications:
8.1.1. Planning Application 204557 – Dhamma Dipa, Pencoyd, Removal of 8 buildings and 10 caravans, and the erection of 11 buildings (for accommodation), 13 extensions (for facilities), a water tower, the relocation of one vehicular access, increased carparking and the associated landscaping works. Reply by 4th Feb
8.1.2. Planning application 204474 – Hillside House, Llanwarne, Trim back Laylandii hedge and cut out saplings between hedge and road to prevent damage to passing vehicles. Reply by 15th Jan
8.1.3. Planning application 204410 & 204411 – Workshop at Bryngwyn Manor, Wormelow (neighbouring Parish to Llanwarne), Proposed conversion, extension and alterations of existing workshop to form a new dwelling. Reply by 29th Jan
8.1.4. Planning application 183198 – Trevase Farm, St Owens Cross, (amendment and addition to previous application) The proposed erection of 3 additional poultry units, amenity buildings, feed bins, new site access and access track and associated development on land to the east of the existing poultry units plus the installation of side chimney fans to the existing four poultry units.
