13. To consider meeting dates for next 12 months. (Note to Councillors: Historically the Council have met on the 3rd Thursday of every other month and starting meetings at 7.30pm. Therefore, suggested meeting dates based on the above would be: 19th Sept, 21st Nov, 16th Jan 2020, 19th Mar, 21st May (annual mtgs, start at 7pm), 16th July.)
